About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, versatile Technical Content Writer & Copywriter who can turn
complex SaaS and AI-driven solutions into clear, engaging, and persuasive stories in
alignment with brand language. In this role, the individual will collaborate with product,
marketing, and design teams to create content that informs, educates, and converts,
spanning blogs, web copy, case studies, sales collateral, and campaigns
This position requires a key storyteller who understands both technology and customer psychology, able to adapt the writing style across technical explainers, marketing assets,
and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, whitepapers, product pages, email campaigns, and social media
- Translate complex SaaS, AI, and automation concepts into content that’s relatable and actionable for decision-makers
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to craft messaging that aligns with product positioning and brand voice.
- Create copy for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and product launches that drive engagement and conversions.
- Research industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive positioning to produce thought leadership content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to develop scripts, taglines, and creative copy for multimedia content.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, SaaS Content Writer, Marketing Copywriter. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, AI, or automation technologies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for clarity and precision.
- Experience writing for multiple formats, long-form content, website copy, ad copy, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics-driven content optimization
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with marketing, product, and design teams.
Preferred
- Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, or AI-driven SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and buyer journey mapping.
- Basic knowledge of tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or Google Analytics.
