Tammy brings more than four decades of expertise in the insurance industry, with leadership spanning both the agency and carrier sides. She served as Executive Director of IIAD, one of the largest independent agency associations in the country, where she introduced operational efficiencies and innovative member services that strengthened the independent agency channel in the Dallas community. Most recently, she directed operations strategy at Patterson & Associates Insurance, where she played a pivotal role in driving intelligent automation, embedding it into daily workflows, and transforming the way the organization operates.
