Presales Lead – AI Solutions

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Presales Lead to drive end-to-end presales activities for our AI and digital solutions portfolio. The role involves identifying and responding to North American (USA & Canada) Government RFP opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to position Coventus solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will combine strong solution understanding with proposal strategy and stakeholder engagement to support successful deal pursuit and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant RFP/RFI opportunities across North American Government and public sector portals
- Analyze RFP requirements and define response strategy aligned with solution capabilities
- Lead preparation of RFP responses, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical, functional, and commercial inputs
- Develop solution narratives covering AI, automation, content management, intranet, chatbot, and employee engagement platforms
- Create proposal presentations and participate in client discussions and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines, timelines, and evaluation criteria
- Coordinate with sales and leadership teams during bid qualification and pursuit stages
- Support proposal defense presentations and clarification responses
- Contribute to win strategy and continuously improve reusable proposal assets and templates
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience working with North American (USA/Canada) Government RFP processes
- Strong experience in RFP analysis, response development, and proposal management
- Understanding of enterprise solutions such as:
- Content Management Systems
- Chatbots & AI solutions
- SharePoint & Modern Intranet
- Employee Engagement & Communication Platforms
- Automation Solutions
- Excellent written communication and proposal storytelling skills
- Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Experience creating executive-level proposal presentations
Preferred Skills
- Experience in successfully supporting or closing RFP-driven opportunities
- Exposure to AI-led or automation-driven enterprise solutions
- Familiarity with government procurement compliance standards
